1. Accepted Payment Methods

Purexo offers a variety of secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth checkout process for all our customers across India.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, and all other BHIM UPI apps.
• Credit Cards & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and Maestro.
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, etc.
• Wallets: Paytm, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.

2. Secure Transactions

Your security is our priority. All payments processed on our website are encrypted and processed through industry-leading, RBI-approved payment gateways (such as Razorpay or PayU). We do not store your credit card or debit card details on our servers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment portal to confirm dispatch.

4. Payment Failures

If your payment fails but the amount has been deducted from your account, please do not panic. The amount is usually automatically refunded to your original payment method by your bank within 5-7 business days. You can contact our support team at info@purexo.com with your transaction ID, and we will help verify the status.
